ABOUT KATHRYN RAYNER
Working out of Muckle\'s Newcastle and Teesside offices, Kathryn is experienced in advising farmers and private landowners, landed estates, trusts and parish councils on all types of estate management and rural property work.With a particular interest in energy development, Kathryn has built a specialism acting for landowners in solar farms, battery storage, wind farms and associated transactions. She regularly assists clients with agricultural leases, farm sales and purchases, complex title issues, estate planning and all manner of day to day estate management. Kathryn is also a trustee of the Richmondshire Museum, and sits on the Museum’s management committee and strategic planning team.
