Strategic Expansion for Reflective LeadersI operate where expansion requires structural clarity and core value alignment.My foundation was built in New York real estate, followed by nearly four decades of business development and enterprise leadership in Canada, including early-stage technology development in Montreal and the construction of sales teams launching new product initiatives. In each environment, structure drove expansion, performance strengthened, and enterprise value increased. Every decision carried opportunity and consequence.In Montreal, I co-founded BROOKLYN Heights as principal investor and concept originator, building and leading its strategic architecture and operational expansion for over 17 years. It was a private practice integrating mind-body performance across the arts, media, and creative disciplines, reinforcing disciplined growth and sustainable enterprise development.My work now sits above execution. I design the architecture that guides it.As Founder & CEO of THE BRIDGE Empowers, I developed and have led THE BRIDGE Strategic Architecture since October 2010. This proprietary advisory system serves as the core operating system of THE BRIDGE Empowers and supports BRIDGE Ambassador clients globally, guiding them toward structural clarity, disciplined growth, and measurable performance gains.This work strengthens structure, sharpens judgment, and reshapes how leaders scale.Across media, real estate strategy, founder-led enterprises, and complex advisory environments, I have been brought in to assess ambiguity, surface blind spots, and construct strategy that holds under pressure.I work with reflective leaders building sustainable growth through perspective, structural discipline, and clear value alignment.I am also Co-Founder of THE BU Network and Gratitude Girls, complementary global platforms and podcast communities serving an international client base through dialogue, presence development, and relationship-centered leadership.I serve on the executive board of Arts Etobicoke as Chair of the Nominations Committee and sit on the board of the Canadian Association of Women in Executive Leadership.I partner at the level where structure and values determine outcome.
