Throughout my career in biopharma, my driving force has been a commitment to pioneering innovative therapies that make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients worldwide. From leading therapeutic development and product registration programs to guiding multidisciplinary teams through pivotal clinical trials and global regulatory approvals, my passion is rooted in improving patient outcomes. As President of bit.bio, I lead a dedicated and experienced team in pioneering a new era of cures through precision reprogrammed human cells for research, drug discovery, and cell therapy. I oversee all aspects of our R&D and business operations to fulfill our mission of coding cells for novel treatments and democratizing access to cell therapies. As we strive towards a future where cutting-edge treatments are accessible to all, our team remains resolute in ensuring that advancements in regenerative medicine and human health benefit every individual, leaving no one behind. Prior to joining bit.bio, I was a partner at Takeda Ventures and Head of Oncology Cell Therapy Development at Takeda Pharmaceuticals where I led the development teams for Takeda’s oncology cell therapy portfolio including CAR-T, CAR-NK, iPSC and gamma-delta platforms. Prior to Takeda, I served as Global Program Head for Myeloma at Sanofi Genzyme and led the initiative at Sanofi Genzyme to establish a state-of-the-art R&D digital innovation center. Before Sanofi, I held various R&D and commercial roles at Hoffmann-La Roche, Eli Lilly and Syndax, where I contributed to the development of 12 innovative investigational drugs and 6 innovative cancer medicines and multiple indication expansions across the globe.
