I take orders in an engaging and helpful fashion, collaborate with my coworkers to ensure a great speed of service during rush hours, and constantly clean and organize my stations to ensure a clean dining experience.As a Trainer, I have assisted in the recruitment and training of over 10 employees by supplying them with the knowledge of our restaurant\'s protocol, customer service excellence, and our team\'s mission of care and positivity towards our guests to help them excel in their new position. I lead by example and have been complimented on professionalism, kindness, and extent of service by both guests and managers.While serving residents and visitors of Maryland, I also maintain a global mindset through fundraisers to help those in need beyond the Eastern Shore. I initiated a week-long fundraiser for Water is Life Kenya, where our team raised $1,400 to assist in building wells and increasing the livelihoods of widows in Africa. I was also an active participant in our Johns Hopkins Cookie Fundraiser, where we raised to contribute to the hospital.
