   Since November 2004, serving as the Transportation Security Administration’s (TSA) Recycling Program Manager and Green Procurement Program Manager. Since 2007 serving as the TSA Environmental Planning (NEPA) Program Manager. Serves as Contracting Officer Representative on recycling contracts and the $17M Environmental Support Services Contract. Interfaces with TSA Program Managers, Federal stakeholders and DHS on NEPA, electronics, recycling, and green procurement. Responsible for TSA headquarters and 448 Federalized airport operations. Developed TSA recycling and green procurement policy and guidance. Currently implementing recycling programs at TSA headquarters and airport operations. A total of over 390 airport operations are recycling to date. Providing training to all TSA personnel on green procurement. Implementing the green procurement program by tracking purchases made by TSA and including the program as part of the Environmental Management System (EMS). Team lead in TSA’s partnership in the interagency Federal Electronics Challenge (FEC), which promoted environmentally responsible management of electronics. Key Achievements:**FEC team won a White House Closing the Circle Award for electronics stewardship in 2008 and since 2007 won a silver FEC award, three gold awards and three platinum awards. Recycling Program was nominated for a White House Closing the Circle Award and won a DHS environmental award.**Responsible for TSA NEPA compliance including preparing categorical exclusions, Records of Environmental Consideration and Environmental Assessments.**Developed NEPA policy, guidance and training for TSA employees.**Wrote original research paper on NEPA for the Certificate in NEPA from Duke University
