Support all Workers’ Compenstation Partners/Billing Attorneys in preparation and submission of all accounting, billing and reimbursing of clients in accordance with client and vendor guidelines (Approx. 700 Proformas/Prebills a month) • Access and prepare all billing through Elite • Use Proforma Tracker and BillBlast to format and submit all client invoices • Assist Accounts Receivable in researching and resolving any unpaid invoices and follow up with the client or attorney when needed • Work with the E-Billing Specialist to resolve any electronic billing issues and make sure all are submitted to the client/website in a timely manner • Part of the select team that is currently preparing the firm to implent Aderant in the coming year
