Experienced New Business Manager at Darcy Construction Ltd, specialising in managing and delivering a broad spectrum of building projects across diverse sectors, from community and charitable organisations to commercial and educational facilities including residential and custom-designed bespoke new build homes.My role is varied and in addition to being a key player in driving growth and expanding Darcy’s market presence, I am responsible for expanding the company’s network, building on existing and new client relationships, spearheading new business opportunities across Hampshire and the Southern Counties. I assist in the pre and post contract stages of projects (i.e. discharging pre-commencement planning conditions and post completion defect and client relationship management, whilst developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to enhance the company’s brand visibility and reach. This varied role has allowed me to immerse myself in all the industry has to offer, seeking out new business opportunities and exploring new markets. I am a member of the South-East branch of the Association of Women in Property, finding great inspiration in the group\'s commitment to fostering change and opening doors for women in both the property and construction sectors. Additionally, as a member of the Southampton Property Association, I thoroughly enjoy engaging with all the opportunities presented by these organisations, from networking with industry peers to attending enriching seminars.
