   Distributed $800K+ in nonprofit grants as Chair of the Seattle Fund, a grant program benefitting King County non-profit organizations that connect teens to technology and help prepare them for tech-reliant careers.• Served as Culture Lead for the Women’s ERG and Inclusion Pillar Lead for DAT I&D Committee, developing inclusive programming, events and learnings for 1600+ members. • Coordinated large scale cross-functional leadership summits, employee development programs, and networking events for thousands of DAT employees across global locations. • Designed and led onboarding experiences for 300+ DAT employees annually across global offices, contributing to employee engagement and inclusion. • Launched and scaled DAT recognition and engagement programs aligned with retention goals, increasing recognition submissions 169% since 2021. • Managed stakeholder communications by authoring several org-wide newsletters and communication plans, leveraging multiple communication vehicles simultaneously.
