Currently a Junior Commercial Manager at AtkinsRéalis, supporting the Secure Government Divison, a rapidly growing sector delivering diverse services to clients. In this role, I engage in high-level contract management, reviewing, drafting, and negotiating agreements, including prime and subcontracts, NDAs, MOUs, teaming agreements, and back-to-back subcontracts. I also lead the commercial governance process for key bids, ensuring alignment with the AtkinsRéalis approvals framework and driving strategic commercial success.Prior to this, I was a Senior Commercial Officer at NP Aerospace, where I played a pivotal role in safeguarding military and security personnel through industry-leading defence solutions. My expertise extended across UK and international markets, ensuring compliance, governance, and risk mitigation in complex defence contracts.With a legal foundation from Coventry University, my career has spanned key roles, including UK Commercial Contract Specialist at Raytheon Technologies, where I navigated ITAR and UK MOD regulations, supporting risk mitigation and contract negotiations in highly regulated environments.Beyond my professional endeavours, I am passionate about mentorship and career guidance, striving to empower the next generation with opportunities for growth and success.
