ABOUT KATIE KITCHEN

I believe that organizations can deliver societal good and economic returns and make the lives of their team members better, synchronously. As an HR executive leader with a career that spans financial services, technology, and consulting, it’s probably no surprise that I feel most at home juggling multiple mandates for global, multi-billion-dollar matrix organizations. Within the complexity of harmonizing people and priorities is where I do my best work.Put simply, I am the person who brings structure to chaos, and clarity to ambiguity, to help Fortune 500 organizations maximize business performance. This starts with my future-focused, data-driven approach. Even though we’re managing the nuances of people, teams, and culture, sound and strategic HR decisions are still business decisions, and they must be verified and validated by data. But this practicality is complemented by my appreciation for people and the human experience. People are the most powerful resource organizations have to deliver value to customers. As the future of work continues to evolve rapidly, best-in-class HR practices place employee wellness at the forefront of all programs and policies. This appreciation is at the heart of my leadership style as well. I truly believe we’re better and can go further together, and I do my best to make sure my teams feel that and embrace it as part of our ethos.Core Strengths & Skills HR Strategy and Planning Leadership HR and Culture Transformation and Innovation DEI Executive Coaching Change ManagementWhen not driving talent-centric HR strategies and programs, you’ll find me mentoring and sharing my knowledge with the next generation of HR leaders as an active volunteer.I feel most fulfilled leading HR for organizations that are purpose-driven and when connecting with others who share this value. If this resonates with you, feel free to send me a connection request, or send me a message.
