In addition, I have been able to take on a leadership role within my department to assist my colleagues and support growth.I have led several projects and initiatives, as well as gathered and provided analysis of data to guide decision making. I have also engaged in writing a treatment manual along with other clinicians that is currently in use by a dual diagnosis program.
