Works with teams to shepherd contracts through CLM and CRM.• Served as the contracts and legal point of contact to support the launch of a scale accelerator program to identify innovative solutions ripe for scaling globally across portfolios for broader impact and sustainability; led consultations to advise participants on potential contractual and regulatory implications (including IP rights under U.S. and international laws) and identify strategies to address them.• Oversees and develops new corporate policies and procedures as needed in collaboration with relevant departments. • Assisted internal communications and media team with assessing IP implications and FAR data rights constraints in order to curate project-produced media products, such as documentaries and television series for awareness raising and behavior-change initiatives to showcase the power of storytelling to achieve impact and sustainability. • Reviewed solicitation documents (e.g, RFPs, RFQs, ITTs, EOIs, RFIs) and supported teams with bid evaluation and documentation.
