   Responsible for Everi\'s Aged Trial Balance. Ensuring system integrity including proper handling of unapplied receipts, short paid invoices, and chargebacks. Monitoring account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities including collection matters and dispute resolution. Managing invoice dates, due dates, and all relevant receivable terms. Interfacing with customers in an innovative and resourceful manner to obtain payment, which during my tenure resulted in- Lowering the average days to close by 10 days through efficient reconciliation efforts and seeking resolution to internal and external issues that contributed to payment delays and increased labor costs for all stakeholders-Minimizing bad debt not only for Ever Payments, Central Credit and Commissions too.As their Commissions Specialist, I assist in analyzing, reporting and reconciling all revenue generated for the company to establish the Commission payments to individual properties. This includes review of contractual information, rate changes, cost and financial analysis and support for the recording and balancing of commissions in the company’s financial books, with my primary responsibility reporting, invoicing and collecting on properties that with negative commission status\' within US and Canada.I had transitioned into an Accounts Payable role for awhile before it was centralized to our Austin location. in which I reviewed and processed vendor invoices for payment, with a primary focus on freight, supplies, and licensing billings.
