My background predominantly focuses on my previous work in the Automotive Industry delivering generalist HR solutions across all hierarchical structures. With specific specialist knowledge of Recruitment, Employment Law, and Policy Development. Working knowledge of implementing successful Quality Management Structures for the achievement of ISO9001, ISO14001 & BRCGS Accreditation, with continuous improvement at it\'s core. Key Achievements to date include- Achievement of mass recruitment campaign for a total of 1500 new employees over a period of 9 months - Full development & implementation of worldwide utilised Management Appraisal database within Leading Automotive Employer – from concept and design to delivery - Project Leader for successful implementation of new grading structure for population of circa employees, including comprehensive job description development and evaluation - Development & implementation of effective Succession Planning model for Senior Management - Completion of headcount reduction exercise (removal of circa heads), including development of legally acceptable business processes in line with legislation, agreed with resident TU bodies - Creation of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for the HR function, subsequently recognised & utilised across all UK sites with direct impact on business success
