As a senior leader within SLB Chemical Technologies’ Global Manufacturing and Engineering team, I head the Global Capital Projects & Engineering (P&E) and Asset Reliability functions. Drive the planning, governance, and execution of our global capital project portfolio—ensuring delivery on time and within budget.Collaborate cross-functionally to develop mid- to long-term Site Master Plans that align with business strategy and operational excellence. These plans integrate Reliability Assessments and capability baselining to inform AI, MI, PM, PdM, and condition monitoring strategies.Champion quality, safety, health, environment (SHE), labor relations, and organizational development. Also support the creation and deployment of Global Engineering Standards to harmonize practices across sites.Own EPCM and Maintenance Labor Services contracts and lead the implementation of contractor management best practices in partnership with functional and site stakeholders.
