ABOUT KATHRYN HALL
I have been certified in Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology Coding since 2012 and have been performing retrospective audits in that specialty. As I am also a certified Cardiovascular Interventional Technologist since 1998, I have a special understanding of the procedures and their coding. I became CPC certified in 2020. I have experience in General Radiology, Interventional Radiology, Cardiac and Electrophysiology procedures. I have worked in outpatient radiology where the focus was on Orthopedics. My position consisted of assisting orthopedic surgeons with pre/post radiologic exams and patient education. Prior to this role I worked in the field as a Clinical Operations Manager and RIS/PACS Administration for several years then made the decision to return to my roots in patient care. Prior to being a manager, I worked in Interventional Radiology, Cardiology and Electrophysiology with extensive operational knowledge of CARTO 3 intracardiac mapping and assisted with Cardiac Ablation procedures with Koonlawee Nademanee MD. Over the years I have also acquired knowledge of Carefusion Pyxis Inventory Cabinetry management to maintain and control inventory costs.
