Technical Specialist for Factory Automation Products. Covering Northwest Region as well as specialising in Energy Management and Industrial Edge applications. Working in Technical Support to support customers accross UK industry. I look after migration from competitor systems as well as our Energy topic, including Energy Suite and Energy Management. I have a big interest in IT/OT integration topics such as Industrial Edge and OPC UA. I joined Siemens in 2016 as an intern as part of our E3 Academy scheme and joined full time as a graduate in Oct 2019. I have been working in Technical Support in the UK since 2021.
