About Kathryn Good

With over 20 years of leadership experience in education and international affairs, I am passionate about creating and facilitating dialogues between the United Nations, academic and civil society organizations. As the Head of the UN Non-governmental Liaison Service (UN-NGLS), I manage the coordination and participation of diverse stakeholders in high-level meetings of the UN General Assembly, UN conferences, and summits, ensuring an inclusive approach to the global agenda.Prior to joining NGLS, I held various positions at the UN, where I led capacity building programs for UN staff and diplomats as well as public outreach programs for media, students, and civil society. I established successful collaborations with the city of New York and other external partners. I also have extensive experience developing experiential and leadership programs for educational institutions. I served as director of international programs and language area studies at Brown University for 10 years, where I created dozens of programs for pre-college, undergraduate, graduate and professional students.
