   As a recruiting manager, I manage and develop a team of recruiting coordinator managers in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, driving them to exceed goals and metrics. I partner with key stakeholders to increase efficiency through process and tool improvements. I lead initiatives focused on learning and development, onboarding, and candidate experience. Created Onbaording and L&D plan for all new recruiting coordinators to provide enhanced new hire experience and decrease ramp up time. The ramp up time for a new hire to be able to schedule independently has dropped from 6 weeks before implementation of this program, to 3 weeks. Created and executed over 10 Gemba Walks, which demonstrated the internal user experience during the hiring process, highlighted pain points, and identified and implemented solutions, which were adopted Amazon-wide. During COVID, in order to ensure candidates continued to have an exceptional experience, implemented a program to send candidates a package to surprise and delight. Since inception, over 1700 candidates have received a package.
