ABOUT KATHRYN FALB
Dr. Falb uses qualitative and quantitative research approaches to increase the impact and scale of violence against women and children prevention and response programs in humanitarian emergencies. She also focuses on advancing the science of adaptable, rigorous and equitable research methods in challenging settings affected by armed conflict, climate change, or disaster. Dr. Falb has previously served as Research Director of the International Rescue Committee and is committed to creating actionable research that can influence humanitarian programming and policies.Dr. Falb is trained as a social epidemiologist and holds a ScD from the Harvard School of Public Health.
