Overseeing all nonprofit operations at Gateway Community Services Maine. As an organization, Gateway works to make Maine home for all it\'s residents - connecting communities new and old and helping to support the growth and development of future leaders. Our work engages with any and all communities throughout Maine, with particular focus in engaging with and working alongside Maine\'s immigrant and refugee communities. This work includes building strong systems for the nonprofit, doing fundraising, strategic planning, program development, monitoring and evaluation and, perhaps most importantly, ensuring that the community is central in all components. Building in a space to make sure that the community we serve can inform the programs we run, how we run them, if they\'re effective, if they fit a need is all a part of the work I do at Gateway.
