ABOUT KATHRYN EVANS
I joined Bulleys in Summer 2020 with 15 years prior experience in the Commercial & Residential sectors. I graduated from Harper Adams University College prior to this, became a Chartered Surveyor with the RICS in 2011 and won RICS Young Surveyor of the Year in 2014 (Residential category). Whilst now covering a range of commercial services including agency and Landlord & Tenant, I predominantly deal with professional valuation work being an RICS registered valuer. I was appointed as an Associate in May 2025
