About Katie Miller
HR is more than processes, policies or procedures. Much more. I provide support to Team Members on some of the best days of their lives - getting a promotion, having a new baby, moving to a new city. I also support them through some of the worst days of their lives - losing someone they love, experiencing a mental health crisis, struggling to perform in their job. It\'s a privilege that I don\'t take lightly, and hope I never do. Whether I’m coaching and developing our leaders, designing people-first business strategies, or driving initiatives that enhance each Team Member\'s experience, my approach centers on empathy, curiosity, innovation, and results. I\'m not like regular HR, I\'m cool HR - and my goal is simple: put the \"human\" back into Human Resources.
