gunnercooke is a challenger law firm, we aim to change the way legal services are provided to our clients. Putting the interests of our clients first is paramount to us, in fact, our whole model was based around challenging the traditional law firm by asking CEOs and business owners what they would change about their legal provider! Two common answers were: they wanted Lawyers with authority and transparency of costs upfront. This is why gunnercooke comprises solely of senior lawyers who have a minimum of practicing hours in their field. This means that all clients receive service from trusted advisers with a strong expertise and experience. Plus, no work will be passed down to junior lawyers, as is often the case in traditional firms. It is also why we offer a fixed fee to all of our clients, with work and costs agreed upfront, rather than an hourly rate - we believe in Honesty and Integrity. So far, time has told that these two solutions have enabled lawyers to provide excellent client service, without having to think about the timesheets and hours they need to bill their clients. We constantly look to improve our service and allow the model to evolve because we know the needs of our clients will change over time.
