An incredible two years working for the mighty Kerry Carr, on key transformational programs. Kicking off with tackling the age-old challenge of global vs local Point of Sale. Together with Kester Fielding, Paul Reason, Jeremy Briscoe, Polina Kropacheva and many others, we tamed the beast, cut out the waste, improved the effectiveness and controlled the ongoing annual investment in this powerful ( but addictive) marketing channel. Then gear change for the last 18 months, working with Scott Northcutt\'s driven HR leadership team, Albert Latour\'s epic Controllership team and the stellar Financial team of Fiona Donaldson & Lara Du Plessis in Bermuda HQ to drive a significant organisational re-structuring program, resulting in a leaner, stronger operating structure across all functions and geographies. Outstanding teamwork with Gloriana Azofeifa and Stephanie Nunez and Chitrakshi Munjal also critical to our success.
