I help organizations work better. I work with organizations that need transformation but can\'t afford to disrupt the important work they\'re doing while they transform.After years in senior leadership roles, I kept seeing the same pattern: organizations would invest in new strategies, new technology, and new initiatives and then wonder why nothing actually changed.The problem usually wasn\'t the strategy nor was it the technology. It was that they skipped the most important part: understanding how their organization actually works and preparing their people for what\'s coming.That\'s why I founded Magnitude Solutions to help organizations approach transformation differently.I combine systems thinking with certified change management expertise (CCMP) to identify where targeted interventions create the greatest impact. Whether you\'re developing organizational strategy, integrating human-centered AI, building leadership capability, or navigating large-scale change, my approach helps you see connections others miss and implement solutions that actually stick.My specialization in Human-Centered AI Integration emerged from watching organizations rush to deploy AI without thinking about the people using it. Technology is never really the sole problem. It\'s also never the whole solution. It\'s a tool; and like any tool, it works when the people using it understand why it matters and how it helps them.The result is sustainable change that improves organizational effectiveness while preserving what makes your culture strong.
