About Kathryn Brillhart
Kathryn\'s ability to visualize a project from its early stages, build strong teams, negotiate customized gear packages, as well as her extensive work with Visual Effects have helped her build a career working with a wide variety of filmmakers in Features, Television, Documentaries, Special Venue Projects and VR Experiences. As a Director and Cinematographer, her personal body of work explores deeper human issues by pushing the boundaries of visual poetry, movement, and mixed media. She is also known for curating public screenings to give context for her films as well as provide exposure for other artists. In her spare time, Kathryn is an active volunteer and member of the Board of Directors for the Visual Effects Society as well as a member of the ASC Motion Imaging and Technology Council.
