As a Client Account Coordinator supporting healthcare organizations, primarily primary care and urgent care groups, I serve as the main point of contact from implementation through the duration of the client relationship. I oversee the full scope of account management, including contract renegotiations, credentialing processes, and coordination across internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. I work closely with the client’s billing coders, accounts receivable teams, and payment departments to resolve issues and drive revenue cycle efficiency. I also assist with payer-related processes, including applications and credentialing for state Medicaid, Medicare, and a variety of commercial insurance products to ensure proper enrollment and reimbursement. Additionally, I manage all Workers’ Compensation and Occupational Medicine accounts, ensuring accurate handling and compliance with industry regulations. Each month, I deliver detailed end-of-month presentations to clients that outline key metrics, progress updates, and areas of focus while addressing any questions or concerns.
