I am a data driven senior leader who recognises and is fascinated by the difference data can make when used responsibly to solve commercial, technical or world challenges.Throughout my career I have combined my love of data with my passion to find out what makes things work and people tick. I have been fortunate to work with and lead great teams across different cultures. My strength lies in mining information sources for the data stories to gain insights and delivering value by improving designing digital tools and business processes.I started my career in process engineering improving and designing manufacturing processes making much loved biscuits and snacks (always a good talking point at parties). After a rewarding stint as deputy site lead of a small R&D facility providing leadership through difficult times (organisational restructures and working under Covid conditions), I gained further valuable experience in designing business processes, managing data and building digital tools.
