Hi, I\'m Katta 🧡 I work at the intersection of HR and mental health. I\'m not interested in individual symptoms, but rather in the conditions under which people are expected to work. In my workshops, I support teams and managers in recognizing stress earlier and dealing with it differently in everyday life, realistically rather than theoretically. At the same time, I help companies build corporate influencers. Not simply as a marketing measure, but as a visible corporate culture. It\'s easy to tell whether employees are just posting something or really have something to say. For me, the two go hand in hand. Stable work internally and credible perception externally.
