My current project involves improving specific processes within the Derivatives area of the bank. The project before that was to implement standardised invoicing across multiple billing systems to ensure the clients received better data to support quicker payments, including ensuring that trade details of underlying transactions were correctly represented. This has enabled the onboarded clients to reduce their outstanding debt significantly. Prior projects have included running workstreams within a large, complex Cyber Security Remediation programme in addition to projects involving coordinating complex deliveries within collateral management IT. Project management experience: End to end project planning, Senior Stakeholder management, Coordinating teams across multiple locations and regions, Management of risks and issues. Product experience: Equity and commodity derivatives (vanilla, hybrid and exotic derivatives), credit and rates derivatives (credit default swaps, interest rate swaps, asset backed securities), triparty repos and bonds.
