In collaboration with HR Business Partners and Business leaders develop, streamline, automate, and implement compensation policies and programs while meeting varied market needs across business units globally. Benefits Program Responsible for the strategic direction of the Health & Welfare, Retirement and other standard benefits program supported by a focus on employee wellness with a design objective to be competitive and affordable cognizant of the evolving regulatory environment. Ensure senior management is kept abreast of the changing benefits landscape, develop appropriate options and recommend changes as necessary. Manage the administration of each US benefit program including all regulatory filings. Manage benefits costs within the US through oversite of third party send, effective design of H&W programs and consistent review of outcomes. Global Payroll Lead the development and implementation of a global payroll strategy and develop international payroll vendor relationships. Oversee the US and Canadian payroll activities and manage regulatory reporting requirements including ACA.
