As a strategic leader in construction and site development for technology-driven industries, I specialize in delivering complex greenfield (new site) and brownfield (existing site redevelopment) CAPEX projects that enable innovation-whether for advanced manufacturing, R&D centers, or future mobility solutions. With a proven track record as Head of Infrastructure & Facilities, I’ve delivered complex, multimillion-euro projects-always on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. My leadership style is pragmatic yet optimistic. As a natural facilitator, I foster collaboration and alignment across disciplines, cultures, and organizations, and drive measurable results in even the most challenging environments.
