About Kathren Korsky
I am currently a Principal Service Engineering Manager at Microsoft. My team is responsible for secure client management; we make sure all the PCs and devices that connect to Microsoft\'s corporate resources are healthy and comply with our requirements. We also design the architecture for these systems and oversee all software asset management for Microsoft.Previously, I managed teams that run Microsoft\'s Print & Fax Services, Client Imaging & Provisioning, Client/PC Standards, LOB Application Compatibility, and new product release testing. Before that, I served as the Print Service Manager and was responsible for shaping the vision and leading the delivery of Microsoft IT\'s Global Print Services. Before joining Microsoft, I was a Portfolio Planning Manager at Xerox where I developed expertise in leading new technology and innovation projects. I was responsible for analyzing market trends, defining requirements, product positioning and competitive differentiation as well as developing go to market strategies for new hardware and software offerings.I enjoy and am passionate about my work. I especially appreciate the opportunities I have in my workplace to develop collaborative, high-performing teams that are willing to tackle difficult, complex problems and aren\'t afraid to mix in a little bit of fun with their work.I hold a BA from Keuka College and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). I have also completed my Design for Lean Six Sigma Green Belt in Marketing certification.I am always eager to hear from and connect with those I have worked with in the past.
