   As the Digital Media & Community Engagement Manager at Lancaster City Alliance, I craft and maintain a consistent, vibrant online presence across our communication platforms, engaging with the community and amplifying the voices of local partners. I develop and manage original content and visual storytelling that celebrates local success stories, highlights the impactful work of the Lancaster City Alliance, and fosters connections that reinforce community spirit and economic vitality.I manage the Lancaster City Alliance’s monthly Merchant Meetings that bring together small business owners, professionals, and nonprofit leaders to connect, collaborate, and stay informed. As the Chair of the Merchant Member Intra Marketing (MIM) Committee, I oversee dedicated volunteer committee members and lead initiatives aimed at supporting and enhancing our small business community. This includes management of the Ribbon-Cutting celebrations offered in partnership with the Lancaster Chamber to small businesses opening within the City of Lancaster. Through a combination of strategic coordination and collaborative partnerships, the committee plays an integral role in furthering the mission of Lancaster City Alliance.
