Development of an internal approach to innovation to ensure programs, processes and business models evolve given the fast moving nature of the organizational strategy.3. Theory of Change review and revision. Work with leadership to review and revise existing Theory of Change to best alignment with current focus on climate. Using a collective impact methodology focused on growing the sectors market share and influence within the larger sustainable textile journey.
