ABOUT KATHLEEN MURPHY

I’m a Senior Learning Experience Designer with deep experience designing blended, compliance-aware learning for regulated academic medical, life sciences, enterprise HR, and technology environments.I specialize in translating complex, policy-driven and technical content into clear, learner-centered experiences that transfer effectively to the job. My work spans facilitator-led and participant-centered learning, digital and virtual delivery, and eLearning design, partnering closely with SMEs and stakeholders to shape high-quality programs for senior staff and cross-functional audiences.More recently, my focus has expanded to AI-enabled learning and performance support, including the design of no-code AI assistants that integrate into existing tools and workflows in a practical, governed way.I’ve worked across higher education, healthcare, enterprise, and consulting contexts, and I’m comfortable collaborating internationally. I’m currently continuing my professional development in AI for L&D and actively studying Italian (A2) and German (A1) to support cross-cultural work.
