I’m curious by nature and committed to lifelong learning in the many forms of its existence. Life is a “learning” journey and I believe opportunity exists everywhere! I always ask a lot of questions and find myself on data/fact finding missions to discover the best way to deliver optimal solutions.With 10+ years of training and operations leadership experience in the finance and retail industry, I am very passionate about leading and delivering high value learning experiences that yield audience wide development and transfer of knowledge, both on a technical and behavioural level. My “people” passion and well-developed project management, facilitation and interpersonal skills allow me to collaborate, consult and partner with business stakeholders to build trust and meaningful relationships to ultimately deliver best in class learning solutions (cradle to grave) that meet ongoing regulatory requirements and organizational objectives. People are the most important investment in an organization, and I am inspired and motivated by unleashing hidden talent, building brand and developing sustainable learning and knowledge management strategies that specifically support individual and team performance, process efficiencies and high value customer experiences.
