During my breadth of experiences at GS, I spearheaded performance management, compensation planning, internal mobility programs, and DEI strategies, partnering with senior leaders to implement high-impact programs. It was fulfilling to see how these efforts contributed to a more inclusive workplace culture while also driving performance. I learned firsthand how impactful strategic HR initiatives can be when they are thoughtfully executed.At Raytheon Technologies, I supported 2,500 global employees through significant organizational changes. Leading high-impact restructures taught me the importance of clear communication and empathy during times of change.Outside of work, I enjoy mentoring military members and their families as they transition into the civilian workforce.
