The AI surge is already here — and most people aren\'t ready for it. That\'s the gap I\'ve spent my career preparing to close.even though I didn\'t know it at the time. I\'m an experienced PM, Agile practitioner, former executive and AI builder with 35+ years connecting complex knowledge to the people and organizations that need it most. My work spans work in the medical vertical most recently in genomics and molecular medicine at Foundation Medicine, enterprise data warehouses, healthcare BI, and large-scale digital marketing — but the common thread has always been the same: take hard to understand technology and make it work for someone who needs it. I started in Education at Indiana University. I earned my MBA while working full-time and pregnant — the only student at Miami of Ohio to do so. I\'ve volunteered for nearly 30 years with Zonta International, a UN-affiliated organization dedicated to improving the lives of women and children worldwide. I also come from generations of educators who dedicated their lives to advancement of others. These aren\'t footnotes in my career. They\'re in large part the reason I care deeply about who gets left behind when transformative technology arrives without on-ramps.Today I\'m building those on-ramps. I\'ve pioneered AI tool adoption at a leading genomics company, created a custom GPT application available in the ChatGPT store, and am actively working to translate AI capabilities into practical, accessible applications. I am especially concerned about underserved groups who stand to gain the most from AI literacy and the most to lose without it.My specialties bridge two worlds: the technical (prompt engineering, use of foundational LLMs, Power BI, Tableau, Azure, Agile/Scrum, BI/Data Warehousing, HTML5, mobile development) and the human (project governance, compliance & ethics, cross-functional collaboration, change management).
