My current professional role as the Executive Administrator to the CEO at Business Impact NW is supporting a CDFI (community develop financial initiative) dedicated to providing underserved entrepreneurs access to capital and comprehensive business technical assistance. Our nonprofit’s mission is to grow businesses that create jobs in underserved communities. We do this by promoting long-term positive economic change for low to moderate income business owners, in addition to women, people of color, veteran, immigrant, refugee, and LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs through financial services, business mentorship and training. Previous experience as a project manager in a fast-paced, startup-like R&D environment arose from an Executive Administrator/Office Manager role with history in the tech industry. Skilled in ADP Payroll, Deferred Compensation, Databases, Global Mobility, and HR Policies. Graduated from Washington State University in 2010.
