Kathleen Maley is a seasoned analytics leader with deep expertise in predictive modeling, data informed product innovation, and advanced decisioning strategies. As Senior Vice President of Analytics & Commercialization at Experian, she leads the development and deployment of AI powered models and analytical frameworks that help businesses transform data into actionable insights for smarter, faster decisions across the lending lifecycle.With a strong track record in regulated industries, Kathleen excels at bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. She translates complex analytical insights into high impact strategies that optimize performance and drive growth. Prior to joining Experian, she held leadership roles in consumer analytics and pricing at major financial institutions, including Bank of America, where she built high performing analytics teams and embedded ROI focused frameworks across business lines.Kathleen is a Research Fellow and member of the Analytics Expert Network at the International Institute for Analytics, as well as a private consultant to enterprises, through which she advances the industry’s use and mastery of data for more effective decision making. She also serves as adjunct faculty at the University of California San Diego’s Rady School of Management, advising students in the Master of Science in Business Analytics program and helping develop the next generation of analytics professionals.She holds an M.A. in Applied Statistics from the University of Michigan and a B.A. in Mathematics from Bryn Mawr College.
