Areas of Practice: Corporate and Securities, Mergers and Acquisitions, International Business Transactions With more than three decades of experience in the legal field, Kathy has represented a wide variety of both publicly and privately held businesses in mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings of securities, joint ventures and general corporate matters. This also includes regularly advising companies on compliance with their reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act, including compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and corporate governance requirements. She has also served as special counsel to committees of the boards of directors of public companies and represents a large number of entrepreneurial clients.
