I represent corporate clients who sponsor temporary work visas and permanent residence for their employees, as well as the foreign national employees and their family members. I counsel HR departments on developing and scaling employer immigration programs, navigating the changing landscape of PERM labor certification, the implications of mergers and acquisitions as well as RIFs, and meeting I-9 compliance obligations.
