Their vision is to empower universities to change the world, and they achieve this by providing our university partners with innovative products and services that help them become more resilient, responsive, efficient, and interconnected.As a contracted Placement Advisor supporting Virginia Commonwealth University’s Master of Social Work Online Program, my key responsibilities include:* Vetting potential field education (internship) placement organizations to ensure they meet the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) fieldwork standards and university academic requirements.* Renewing expiring MOA agreements with partner organizations and expanding the network of partnering organizations nationwide to meet the needs of the current student body.* Educating and assisting with the onboarding of new field instructors (internship supervisors).* Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the social work field, CSWE fieldwork standards, and VCU’s School of Social Work field education policies.* Utilizing Salesforce to maintain detailed records of all contacts with potential fieldwork sites, field instructors, site human resources representatives, and other stakeholders.Skills: Project management, business | partnership development, contracting, research, strong organizational skills, ability to track data, problem solving, written and oral communications.
