I am an effective leader with 30+ years of ministry and management experience. I bring a variety of ministry skills including leading retreats, managing parish faith formation teams, and writing and delivering scripture studies that challenge participants to dive deeper into their faith. I also bring experience in sales and sales management in the Catholic curriculum market. My managerial skills of strategic planning, collaboration, budgeting, and resource development work together to bring results. I am skilled in both written and oral communication. I am a problem solver and have a record of accomplishment of managing conflict and bringing about peaceful resolution.
