Risks may include strategic, market, regulatory, reputation, and operational.• Partnering with Control Managers, Business Management, Legal, Risk, and Compliance and other key functions to plan, coordinate and effectively execute program priorities and our control strategy.• Working with Control Management, Business Management, other LOBs and corporate function partners to develop or enhance strategic and thematic insights around program-related risks, controls, issues and action plans, within WM’s Control and Operational Risk Evaluation (CORE) framework and applicable governance. • Coordinating with regional, product, and other business and functional representatives to establish priorities for enhancing processes, technology, management information, and other critical program components; planning and project managing the execution of certain enhancements.• Collaborating with Regional partners to plan our 2019-present roadmap including industrializing the Cross Border program to achieve long-term sustainability, and implementing strategies for tracking, escalating, and reporting to senior management.
