I currently serve as Vice President at Mission Yogurt, Inc, a top Denver-based restaurateur and airport concessionaire. In this role, I work directly with the company’s President to create, implement, and successfully execute company objectives surrounding Mission’s more than 15 restaurants, located in Denver and at three international airports. These objectives include increasing sales, organizing operations and infrastructure, implementing company policies and practices, improving overall customer service skills, developing a successful company growth strategy, and overseeing all day-to-day business operations and development. On a day to day basis, I manage all aspects of the multi-million dollar business, ranging from new business planning and development, manager development and training, human resources, business analyst management, operations, sales growth, marketing and promotions, and vendor relationships.Prior to serving in my current at Mission Yogurt, Inc, I served as the General Manager at Que Bueno Mexican Grille and Ultra Sheer Nightclub, one of Mission\'s proprietary and most successful concepts. In this role, I was responsible for reorganizing and implementing fundamental operating procedures, including an employee manual and multiple new SOPs. I also created and implemented an extensive “Remarkable Hospitality” service program, to overhaul and improve customer service skills, and a comprehensive sales and marketing plan.
