Handling background investigation clearance for candidates involving immigration, independence, nepotism, anti-corruption, non-compete, and government regulatory compliance. • Responsible for finalizing offer details and sending out new hire notifications for each candidate. • Train new hire coordinators in ATS (Avature) and on talent group specific responsibilities.
