About Kathleen Murphy
My interest in PT stemmed from an early high school injury, in which my therapist encouraged me to investigate the field. It has been incredibly rewarding to see the transformations patients make every day in Physical Therapy, and the joy of collaborating to restore their function and comfort is what solidified my choice to pursue PT.I graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University in 2018. I was able to explore many different fields of PT through my Cooperative Education and Clinical Affiliation experiences, in addition to traditional classroom studies. Since graduating I have been able to return to Northeastern as a part time instructor for hands on lab of MS 1 and MS 2 including upper and lower quarter examinations.
